Refund & Access Policy

This policy explains how access to the Power Recruiter course is provided, and the terms that apply to refunds. By enrolling in Power Recruiter, you agree to this policy.

Your Access

Power Recruiter is a digital course delivered online. Once your enrolment is confirmed and payment is received, you are given immediate access to the course content through your account.

You receive lifetime access to the modules and lessons included in your purchase, along with any future updates to that content, for as long as the course is offered. If your purchase includes the Templates Pack, the templates are yours to download and keep.

Access is granted to you personally. Your login and the course materials are for your own individual use, and may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed to anyone else.

Payment Plans

If you choose to pay in instalments, you are agreeing to pay each instalment on its scheduled date, and choosing a payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price. Where a scheduled payment fails, access may be paused until your account is brought up to date.

Refunds

Because Power Recruiter is a digital product that gives you immediate and ongoing access to its content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our course comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the course, you may be entitled to a remedy. If you believe the course has a significant problem, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

If you have been charged in error, or you have a genuine concern about your purchase, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will review it on a case by case basis.
